Dear Kachemak Bay Campus Students and Personnel,

I would like to inform you that Mid-Terms are just around the corner and the Student Association is trying very hard to put forth some helpful and fun events for this occasion. If anyone would like to help, please contact the campus at 235-1601.

At the beginning of the semester, our very own SA President and Vice President got to go to Juneau to meet representatives and senators. They had lots of fun while learnig new things. Also the Student Association was a part of the Winter Parade this year if any of you saw it. Another event that we are co-sponsoring is the Hats for Nicaragua. The SA is collecting as many caps as we can so they can be sent to poor villages. I hope you all can contribute a little. If you are interested feel free to drop them off at either campus in the colorful collecting boxes.

Foreign films are ending very soon and we would like the rest of the semester to be as enjoyable as we can for the students and faculty, so if you have any creative ideas, please let us know at kbcsa@uaa.alaska.edu. Thank you.
